Everything is beyond my expectations. The staff are great, Jess is the superhero that all businesses need. Any problems are addressed immediately and as a customer I feel cared about. My kid is not just a number to pass through the system. My kid is happy in her classes, other kids leave happy. Most of all the program is working. We saw improvement after a few classes not only with our kid's reading and writing skills but also with her confidence. I am a huge stickler for customer service and well run anything. The NE location is a well oiled machine. We feel welcome there and it has a nice atmosphere. There's no fighting to get our kid to go to class because she loves it. I'm sure the other locations are just as good but I'd drive across the city to go to the NE location. Also, everyone smiles. It's really nice.
I love Jess! She is so welcoming and I got along with her right away. One of the best! My daughter loves her as well and is looks forward to going. 💜
