Very helpful and accommodating, our sons grades immediately improved. He loves going there.
Sylan is a perfect fit for our family. Our son is in Grade 11 and been going to the SW location for about a month. The team and tutors are incredibly positive and supportive. His English skills have improved very quickly and what he has learned has already translated into improved test scores in the classroom. Sylvan also offers tutoring for Math, Chemistry, and Physics and our son says it has been really helpful and also improved his test marks in those subjects. The area where the kids work is colorful, bright, and cheery. Best of all, our son enjoys going to Sylvan. It has improved his confidence and renewed his interest in school.

All the staff are great. My son likes going there. He never complains (and he typically complains about everything!). He also says he feels he is learning and that his writing is improving. He’s been going about 5 weeks now, as a parent, I would like more feedback from Sylvan on his progress. I haven’t received any information yet, and it would be good to get a sense from the teachers how he is doing.

They are very flexible and have great communication. My daughter started in July and has greatly improved in reading and math. It’s amazing seeing her building confidence in these subjects.
