The center kept us updated regularly, and we appreciated how transparent they were with progress. Scheduling was flexible, and the environment was always clean and focused.
The only downside was the cost — it’s a financial commitment. But for us, it was worth the investment, especially seeing how much happier and more motivated our child became.
Overall: 5/5 – Professional, effective, and confidence-building. Would highly recommend Sylvan to any parent who wants personalized academic support for their child.

Our daughter has really progressed since starting her curriculum. What we didn’t like was the last minute special having to worry how about how much to budget. That isn’t fair to the loyal customers and then requesting immediate down payment.
Since starting at Sylvan, my daughter has made significant progress in both English and math. We’ve noticed a boost in her confidence, and we absolutely love hearing her read with expression and improved pronunciation. Her math skills have also grown tremendously—she now completes her assignments independently, and when we check her work, most of her answers are correct. She truly enjoys going to Sylvan, and we appreciate the dedication and patience of the teachers and staff. I highly recommend this center for any child who needs extra support!

I enrolled my daughter at Sylvan to support her academic growth, and it’s been a fantastic experience. She loves going to the center, and I can see significant progress in her reading and writing skills—she reads exceptionally well for her age! Currently, we’re focusing on improving her math skills, and I’ve already noticed positive results within the first month of tutoring. The staff at Sylvan are incredibly kind and compassionate with the kids, creating a welcoming environment for learning. I highly recommend this center for any child who could benefit from academic support.
My son was very behind in reading and struggled w handwriting and phonics. In 1st grade, he wasn’t even able to read the early pre-reading level books. The staff were wonderful and patient with him! The breaks were perfect and I believe my son enjoyed meeting others there and having a chance to play a few games between sessions. They were able to explain things well and in a measurable way for parents to understand. It’s truly amazing how they’ve got it all figured out, down to a science. My son is now in 4th grade and loves to read! He reads chapter books and comic-type books, but he is reading at/slightly above his grade level now! Very very happy with our experience w sylvan! Grateful they are here and for all they do every day!!

It’s the simple fact that my child loves to go to tutoring and can’t wait to go back. My child struggles with math so to hear her talk about what she’s learning and explaining how to do whatever she learned makes my heart so happy.

My daughter has been taking the SAT prep and I’m the midst of the schedule she got hurt. Sylvan has adjusted the schedule and supported her to stay on schedule for her upcoming test! I appreciate the compassion and accommodation. She is learning a great deal and hasn’t been complain.. for a teenager that’s saying a lot. Her teachers have been pushing her and it will help her set good goals.
My kids love learning at Sylvan.
I am approximately half way through the course, and I feel like I am improving with my test scores. The teacher is very nice and patient. While it is not the fault of the teacher, I feel as though we are a bit rushed when going through the material as sometimes we have to skip practice problems in the course material that are designed to be completed during the sessions with the teacher. Perhaps they should have spread the material out more evenly and added an extra session to the course.
From first touch point all has been proceed in so professional, experienced and kind way.
