I find the process very positive and motivating for the students. As well out side of Sylvan, with the assessment it provides a clear plan of action so that it is easy for families to continue working to have our child build on his skills.
This is very important for us, as we are not in Prince George, so our son does not have access to Sylvan on a regular basis.
Summer camp programs: excellent!
The tutors and staff are all so wonderful and helpful! They are very easy to talk to and my son loves coming to Sylvan.

I like the confidence that this program is giving Zack I can see a difference in his reading abilities and just an overall higher confidence in himself and his abilities.
My child loves the small class sizes and he feels successful with the pace.
Summer hours are deficult because most summer camps are during the day so if you want your child to participate in Sylvan then they miss out on summer camp. I would like to see at least 2 evenings a week available for sessions.

I feel that the communication is well done. If I have an issue or concern it is dealt with immediately. My son feels supported and after his last experience with another agency I was not sure if I would be able to convince him to go to tutoring again. So far he seems to be enjoying it.
