We are happy with the flexibility that is offered to ensure students are able to achieve the most success. The only reason I put 9 as a score is because not everyone can afford the fees, and therefore I cannot recommend Sylvan to all people.

Warm efficient reception, availability of services, feedback and further planning. Most of all I believe having the children attend Sylvan makes a significant difference in their self esteem, academics and self-confidence. For our grandchildren it has made them more inquisitive about learning and learning options.
The assessment was fair and the plan of action was clear and my child flourished with one on one tutoring.

Maya enjoys coming. I think the points system is very effective.
I like that it is effective, she is almost at grade level this year after working a year with Sylan (she was two grades down when we started). She is proud of her progress and it saves me fighting with her to sit down and put the work in at home (reduces conflict).
They also make it easy for me to pay on time and provide progress reports. Their communication is very good.
