The 1:1 coaching, The coaches are always looking for ways to improve my workout and are enthusistic and supportive of my efforts. I like the fact that most times when I come it is usuqally not crowded and there isn't a wait fo rthe machines.

The workout protocol is so well designed, effective and it’s clear that it is planned for the best outcome. My experience has been enhanced greatly by the women coaches who I look forward to seeing every session. It’s not always easy to stay motivated for a workout, especially after a treck across town from the west side in Albuquerque traffic, but these wise women make it worthwhile, effective, and most importantly a pleasant experience, even in a group setting. I appreciate that they really watch your form and are truly interested in you getting the best out of the 20 minutes you have dedicated for wellness whatever that may look like for you as an individual. The personal training. The fact it's not a smelly, crowded gym.
I like that my coach watches my form so that I don't hurt myself and get the best benefit from exercise. I like that it only takes 22 min every session. Exercises are tailered to my goals.
The equipment is outstanding but it's the coaches that make it enjoyable.
Instructors and equipment
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The approach is much better than traditional. It's better all around for elders and folks with complications.

I like the one on one coaching and the variety of exercises. I also like that the workouts are based on what I have done in the past.
It helps me to have a personal coach, but even the ones I see in group coaching seem todo very well. Each coach is well versed on the machines, as well as what each client needs.

I love Rob, our Coach. I love the times available to work out. I absolutely love the workout itself. I feel stronger. I've been able to not just maintain but increase muscle mass. I love how efficient the workout is.
Clean, well lit, equipment is maintained. Rob, my regular coach is great. I think you should be given a discount if spouses are working out together as the coach can only direct 50% attention to both.
