It’s fast and effective
The one on one attention, and not a big gym setting but small and comfortable. Only having to do 20 minutes twice a week is sustainable for someone that works long hours and the benefits feel the same as if you had been working out for 2 hours!

I have been a client of Exercise Coach for more than 7 years. The workout is great for strength training and keeping core in shape. And the cardio following really gets that heartrate up. I've trained at 3 different studios over the years and the River Oaks studio is my favorite. Courtney and her team are enthusiastic, engaging and great trainers.
Love the instructors— Brittany and Amelia are amazing. Knowledgeable, aware, helpful, energetic. The manager, Bryan, is on top of everything and is so helpful as well.

The personal attention is great! The coaches are cheerleaders to complete the task. The machines are very high tech. The workouts are short and effective.
Everyone is very pleasant and although the work is occasionally pretty hard it should be. The machines are pretty amazing and do the job. I have been very happy with it.

Personal attention: Checking my form, changing up routine to adapt to my capacity/ability. I do better with someone knowledgeable being present to encourage me. I like the ability to obtain a good strengthening workout in 20 minutes, then have the option to get in some cardio on the Carol bike.

I love all the coaches. The 20 minute program is made easy with the positive coaches. I love the day after my sessions I don't feel miserable, rather, I can feel all my muscle groups and feel alive.
The coaches are great, the workouts are tailored to each person and even to each day's workout, the equipment is great and fun to use and monitor progress, the small intimate studio is less intimidating than a large gym, etc.!
