I love it. All the staff is very friendly for my kid with special needs. My son really enjoys every time his getting a hair cut.
My child’s haircut was very fast and the stylist was so good at helping him through the process. It was his first haircut and there were no tears or fussing! The style looked so cute once she was done and it was so easy to get an appointment! Very positive experience overall, would definitely recommend!

The first thing I love and appreciate is that everyone working there is always so friendly. We’ve been loyal customers for 4 1/2 years. We go to the same person every time bc not only does she already know how we like to get his hair cut, but she knows him by name, his behaviors, how to soothe him and I always patient.
I always recommend people to go there especially for first cuts and the first year. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️ Alba is a true gem for the business
I love our experience at P&C! My son loves the environment - the fun chairs, toys, and whatever movie is playing on the tv. Becky is our favorite stylist! She does a great job checking in during the cut to make sure I'll be happy in the long run. Pigtails and Crewcuts (Clermont/Winter Springs) is the only place I've trusted with my son's hair since birth, and he's almost 4. Big fan!

We've tried other haircut places for our boys, and none hold a candle to Pigtails & Crewcuts!! We absolutely love you guys and recommend you to everyone! We just wish there was a location in Oviedo, but Winter Springs isn't too far to discourage us from coming!

Katherine is so great with my son! She’s patient and so helpful in finding ways to distract him when he’s not feeling up to getting cut. I appreciate her immensely. My sons cut came out so cute, even with him crying and throwing a tantrum for most of the session. We will continue to return to Katherine because of it.

I haven’t seen this newer person before. Haydee I think her name was. While, she was very nice. She needs to understand she’s working with children who are going to move and wiggle and play during the haircut. I think she needs to learn to just adjust a little bit and stop trying to get them to stop moving.

My son absolutely hated haircuts to the point he would be screaming and crying. They atmosphere helped him get passed it. He loves the cars and the toys while getting his haircut

I’m very thankful and impressed by the staff at Pigtails & Crewcuts. My 2.5 yo was having a hard time, and it took a team effort to get it done. Jasmine was so patient and kind in allowing us to have a moment before sitting in the chair. And she did a great job on his hair! The rest of the staff came over and brought toys to distract him or towels to wipe hair off of him. I am so thankful for a team who gets it and let my little one be himself without any guilt. Thanks guys.
