this was the 2nd time my son Caden has gotten a haircut. the first time was very traumatic for everyone lol.
This time our 3-year-old was as cool as a cucumber. They offered him a tablet and he got to sit in a cool racecar. Our stylist Fernanda was nurturing and put our son at ease. Caden has longer curly hair that gets knotty. He very rarely lets us brush his hair at home. He screams that it hurts. At the salon, our stylist Fernanda brushed his hair and spoke to him which put him at ease. It was a joyous day for all. We love the cut and most of all our kid had an amazing time with Fernanda. Thank you

I love how everyone I’ve encountered there seems to have the patience and mindset to work with children in what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience for them. It makes it more comforting and stress free as the parent.
Candace was FANTASTIC! Our toddler was very tough to give a haircut to in the past, but we needed to find somewhere nearby to try again. A friend recommended we go see Candace at Pigtails & Crewcuts in Winter Springs, and she was wonderful!! She was so kind and patient, but gave him an adorable cut and worked fast. Highly recommend her. We will definitely be booking again!

Alba was great with my nephew who was tired from a very long day and wasn’t cooperative. She did a great cut even though it was challenging.
