The way that my son's stylist interacted with him was absolutely amazing! Loved her so much I was impressed. I truly feel horrible I can't remember her name but she had short purple hair she was perfect in helping me understand what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about things with his hair as well as explaining so that I can understand it all. She was so lovely I'll definitely be back to see her again in the near future. As for the shop it was so cool inside with the cats and planes the toys the cartoons the paint on the walls ect.... it was very very clean and sanitized... The 1 and only critique it's kinda hard to find the place it's so tucked off and out doesn't have a sign on the main sign stating everyone in there. Regardless I'll be back thank yall for being great!

Every time we come, no matter who cuts my son's hair, they are always so accommodating and patient with him. My son is autistic and is really scared of getting his haircut, and every time, the staff really helps him get through his haircut, and applauds him at the end, so my son always leaves feeling so happy and proud of himself. Excellent staff and services!!
Best service all the time
I loved how nice the stylists were and patient. It was my sons first haircut and for some reason I thought he might be really still around strangers. However he was wild and turning his head everywhere. Trying to get up out of the seat ahaha. But our stylists was perfect and tried to engage him. I loved that he was able to play with the magnetic tiles on the cars to distract himself.
I also really enjoyed the first hair cut package with the certificate, photo and hair.
I also showed up when they opened on a weekend not realizing how busy they would be. However they were able to schedule an appointment for me within two hours and it was great.

We got my 16 month olds 1st haircut here and the stylist was SO accommodating to singing and switching out toys to even changing the channel to cartoons more his style. He sure wasn’t easy to handle and she did an amazing job with a smile!
My son's first haircut was at Disney and he screamed through the entire cut, nothing calmed him down. Upon walking into Pigtails & Crewcuts for his second-ever haircut we were expecting the worst. Becky was calm, friendly, and accommodating - even putting on my son's favorite show to help distract him! He was happy for 90% of his haircut which is a total win. We will definitely be back!
