The lady who cut my son's hair was a saint, she was so patient and kind with him even when he was screaming and crying uncontrollably. She was a total rockstar. I love the treasure chest concept after the appointment, I think it really helped smooth over the "trauma" of his first haircut.

What we love most is that everyone goes above and beyond to make the experience positive for the kids. We have been customers here for 4 yrs now. Our son has Autism and sounds like the clippers around his ears are frightening to him. The stylist are very patient and kind while working with him. We were there on Saturday and Tyler was having a hard time, so he ended up not getting the best haircut. We love that they have a 7 day guaranteed policy, so we were able to bring him back and have his hair touched up, no charge. The staff was so kind, patient, and understanding.
