Ms. Jordan was just wonderful during my son’s recent appointment at Pigtails & Crewcuts. He has borderline sensory issues and has always had trouble with getting his hair combed or trimmed. Jordan could not have been more accommodating with my son. She explained every move she made as she worked and was both cheerful and patient and she made our experience quite enjoyable. We will definitely be visiting P&C again for our next haircut and we will certainly ask for Ms Jordan when we return. Thank you!
The customer service was superb - from the front desk lady to the lady who cut our sons hair. He was right at ease with her, I think her name is Wondra. He didn’t even fidget or cry or anything & it was his first haircut. We were very impressed!

I like the fact that just for a trim around my son's ears and neck you only charge a minimal amount. I want the last rest of his hair and left long and curly for now. Dont beeak the bank . Works nicely with kids.
My 2 year old son is not an easy client and they did an impressive job of keeping him calm during his haircut. The lady that cut his hair had great attention to detail. My son wasn’t happy to be having his hair cut and most might rush through for him, but mama was glad she actually got her money’s worth this time. I think our person was new, but definitely showed that she had some experience prior to her job there. She did a great job!

This was our 2nd time getting a haircut there. The staff is great, my 4-year-old daughter enjoys her time and feels special here.
Lacey to her time and did not make us feel rushed, she offered to advice and even styled my daughters hair a little with a cute small braid. Definitely will be back.

The girls are so incredibly nice and patient with the kids there. I’ve gone other places for the boys haircuts but once I found this place, I haven’t gone anywhere else.
