I went to cut my 2 year old hair yesterday and he always goes to Ms. Kaylin, he threw the biggest tantrum, he’s never done that before he’s always let her do it, she was so patient with him and never once made a face or anything because of how he was acting!

We went to get our 3 month daughter’s ears pierced. It was our first time in there and we drove an hour and six minutes just to get her ear’s pierced. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We told the staff we weren’t from the area and it was our first time there. We didn’t wait long and they assisted us. I love how at the end of finishing her ears pierced, we were asked if they could take use a picture, and my daughter received a certificate for getting her ears pierced. I’m glad we made that drive and visited Pigtails and Crewcuts.

This was my son’s first haircut at age 3. I would recommend getting there early so they have time to warm up. It felt a little rushed at the beginning and my son was upset. It took a while and he calmed down. He enjoyed playing with the train set afterwards and getting a sucker. Love that they have little TVs set up at the stations and snacks and suckers! Very much tailored to the kiddos! We will go back again.

I love most of the shots there except for Wendy. She is a bad look for your business. I’ve have multiple experiences where my son now hates haircuts because of her. We switched stylists and he loves them again. She is horrible with children and holds their head still to where they can’t move and traumatized my son. My friends and family who have gone there all have the same story where they’re kids went to her and they hated it and never went back. I told them my experience and how the other stylists are amazing.
Dara is always wonderful with my child, taking the care and extra attention that he needs to ensure it's a good experience. She's amazing and we tell everyone about her! We will continue to be repeat customers and see Dara, she's just the best.
