No soap residue. Friendly professional staff. Unfortunately I feel that $65 a gallon for pet treatment is over priced. Especially when a three foot area required three gallons. I want to have my other house cleaned but I'm worried it might cost too much compared to the compitition with equivelant service.

Friendly, helpful service

The past couple of vendors that have cleaned the carpet were not able to remove all the stains, you guys made the carpet look all most new again. We were contemplating putting new in you r company saved us the cost of this. We are very satisfied with the results, it was money well spent. Ron Ballard, Name removed.

The fact that it doesn't take very long for the carpet to dry. One thing I do miss is the clean smell. It doesn't smell as if it were cleaned.

The workmen who came to do the cleaning were personable and did a nice job. We were pleased and our cleaning lady approved of the work. That is the real test!

The service person, Tyson, was very friendly and did a fantastic job on the carpets. They look and feel new again!

I appreciated the blacklight that showed urine spots from pets - and I had the extraction work done....and I was informed of the cost of the work......but I wasn't prepared financially to have this large of a bill....that part for me was disappointing.......it should not reflect on the men who did the job - they did not pressure me - I made the decision - I only say this because I probably won't have the other carpets in my house cleaned soon.......will have to wait.

Fast drying time. Carpets seem to not get as dirty as fast as other services. Staff are professional and courteous

I like the way they clean. It sounds simple enough, but the grout before they cleaned was almost black and it now looks brand new. My sage green carpet was brownish is tone (We have three dogs) and now it looks new. There was no offensive odor, in fact it had a nice citrus smell. Grant was the serviceman and he couldn't have been nicer and was very clear in explaining what he would do and how the product works. I will have Zerorez back to finish cleaning the rest of my house soon. I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors.

Grant and crew went above and beyond in getting our couches cleaned and the cushions replaced.

I was very thankful that you were able to send a technician out within an hour of calling with an emergency. My son had gotten sick all over my bedroom carpet the night before and having it cleaned first thing in the morning was such a relief. The cost was great and Grant went the extra mile. I was very happy that there was no chemical smell and at how quickly the carpet dried compared to other companies.
