Well, I've used Zerorez for years, and have always been pretty satisfied with the results.
I would have Anthony again, he did the best he could.
But we have older carpet now, and not all the stains came out.
At least I know the carpet is over all cleaner, and fresher.

Our Zerorez tech and his trainee, Lucas and Nelson, were professional, nice, and very efficient. Our carpets seem wonderful after the first couple days after service; the products dry very quickly and don't smell nearly as much as traditional cleaning products.
