What can I say? My carpets look great!!

Derek Wood did an excellent cleaning job with extra attention to details. We had a large pet stain downstairs that he removed completely. Our Family Rm and Bed Rm have never looked as good.
We had pet urine and vomit on the stair landing that did not come completely clean and we need Derek to do another treatment on that area. (I did not reply yesterday because I wanted to give that area a full day to check the results.

The service young man was quick and did an awesome job. All my bad spots are gone.

First, your employee that came was great, and the product does seem to be working for pet orders. I seem to still get some orders that come wafting up to me, but your employee explained that that could happen.

The technicians are fast, professional and friendly. The carpet feels clean without feeling stiff or sticky. We manage apartments and sometimes have to call at the last minute. I have always been able to have a cleaning technician out within 24-36 hours.

Brian was very polite and professional. The house smelled so wonderful, with a hint of citrus. Would use Zerorez again!!

The two young men who came to the house were extremely knowledgable and clearly took their jobs seriously. They showed me the spots through the blue light and thoroughly explained the process they were going to use. We had two significant pet urine stanins and, to my surprise, the carpets came out sparkling clean, inclduing the removal of the stains. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used.

The 2 young men that came were very knowledgeable , friendly and respectful. They explained everything. I love the results and the carpet was not very wet and was dried in a couple of hours. Excellent.
