Zerorez has always done great work for us in both our houses. This Time though I wasn't as happy. I was told if I spend $60 more on a stain that was made up of my grandchild spilling her bubbles that the spot would come out. It didn't come out and two small dog stains didn't come out. I felt the guy was new and possibly did not have the experience the other guys have had.
No "wet dog" smell for two days, wet carpet. Just do the services contracted, don't push other stuff.

Your carpet cleaners are friendly, professional, and explain what they are going to do before they start & give you a chance to ask questions after they are done. Had my carpets cleaned by several different companies before discovering Zerorez. Take a wet, white cloth and wipe the carpet after the tech has left, no dirt on the cloth. Try this with other companies.
