My carpet is old and needs to be replaced but it was very dirty and had dirt from high traffic areas and a few pet stains. The technician came in and did a great job. It's not perfect because of the age of the carpet but it looks so much better. He got the high traffic areas clean and my carpet looks much more presentable.

We love Zerorez. This is the second time we've used the company and both times have produced great results. The carpet is virtually dry the next day--not even slightly damp. Other carpet cleaning companies take at least 3 days to dry completely. We highly recommend using Zerorez!

My carpets look very clean after each service. On one occasion, a high traffic area did not appear very clean and when I called them about it they sent someone out that day.

I like that the technician showed up and was very interested in seeing what we wanted done and then got right to work. It's nice that a business actually does what they say they will do in a timely manner at a fair price. And I've tried other carpet cleaning companies that I wasn't satisfied with, so I know how good your products and services are.

I like the idea of not using soap and hopefully that it will appear cleaner longer, and I really have to complement the professionalism of our technician, Michael. We felt very comfortable with him in our home.
