Hunter did a great job. I must say he got the rugs cleaner than the last technician we had do them form you last time. That person said he could not get the traffic dirt any cleaner. Hunter, surprised us by really getting them much cleaner.

The gentleman that came out was prompt, and sort of fast. He felt the need to tell me about his collection of belly button lint, I thought that was a little offensive but hey-whatever. The carpet came out great! At one point I checked on him and he was rolling around looking like Teresa Lukins right after She got the Lukins special! Great job....Mike? I'm not really sure what his name was-he never introduced himself. Mike seems like the type of person I would like to enjoy a beer with.

Your employee was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful; didn't appear rushed or distracted. I especially like the fact that there is now residual odors.

As far as we can tell, your products are excellent. They get the job done & our carpets always look brand new after they are cleaned. We have used Zerorez twice for carpet cleaning and once for air duct cleaning. Each time we have been completely satisfied. The technicians are personable and very knowledgeable. They were very respectful of our home and did an excellent job!

I love the staff and that everyone honors their word. If you promise something it is delivered. All staff I've dealt with either on the phone or in person at the clean are professional, friendly and seem to really care about doing a good job. This is generally an indicator that the employer treats the employees well. Keep it up!
