We used Zerorez Boise and were more than happy with the experience. Not as happy with Zerorez Spokane. Pricing policies for spots different in Spoknae. Spokane Zerorez charges $5 a spot and Boise Zerorez charged $17 a pint. Why the differnce?

The service was amazing! I had a problem finding the correct vent for my dryer in new gone we moved into and the tech worked hard only to find out the vent I thought was the dryer in fact was an exhaustive vent. Once the correct vent was found the tech came back out without charge to clean the correct vent out.

I loved how easy it was to make an appointment and my carpet looks new!!

Zerorez did an excellent job on all the carpets of our home. We have used Zerorez in the past and were very satisfied. The product leaves the carpets looking great without leaving any residue behind. The associate who did the cleaning, Isaac, was prompt, professional and thorough.

Your Technician arrived on time, was very pleasant, and did a fantastic job. There were stains in the carpet that I had tried to remove several times. Your guy got them out!!!
