Professional and courteous employees

I loved the friendly service! The information, the look of my floors after, no strong odour, and no chemicals! I dont know if I liked the black light showing I had an excited tinkler (dog). They didnt make me feel embarrassed about it, which I very much appreciated!I was fascinating how you could see the pee spots everywhere, even from my male dog 7yrs ago that would make squiggly lines as he walked. I also liked that they said my carpets were in great shape after 11 yrs, even with the tinkle spots!
