Awesome guy who explained the different steps. We didnt ask too many questions he said!! Carpet was dry that nite. This was a new carpet and we couldnt take the new chemicals smell in the new carpet. The crew was knowable and handled their equipment well. Carpet looked great when they left, but after 2 day (and dry) there was an outline or ring around the spot they were here to clean. It was very faint....
