Fast service, done very neatly. Do have one complaint in that the reason I had the carpets done was to remove two urine stain smells but feel once I declined all of the extra add ons that the two spots were not given proper treatment as once the carpet finally dried I can still detect odor.

We had our air ducts cleaned out and we are very happy with the service and your tech was very nice and very helpful in giving advise. There was a lot of stuff that came out of our air ducks and I am sure they look beautiful inside.

One thing though the plastic Mat behind our office desk was not moved or cleaned under, do when I have you come back in a couple of weeks, or before , could you please do that area ? I like the service... easy to schedule an appt quickly, work is done quickly, and carpet usually turns out great. A couple times the carpet has ended up hard and crispy but for the most part we are very happy with the results.

The lady that cleaned our carpets took the time to explain and answer all our questions. You can tell she enjoyed and took pride in her work.
