The technician wore booties in my house, and he was very polite. He spent a great deal of time getting stains out of my furniture. It is a light tan set of microfiber suede, and it was showing every bit of dust and dirt from being stored and moved.

The technician was both friendly and knowledgeable. He removed some deep stains from the carpet and did it professionally. They may not be the least expensive carpet cleaners, but are probably the best, and I'm willing to pay for a quality cleaning.

They came when they said they would and they did a great job.

They come back if it gets more stains for 30 days. Stains that were they before.

The young man did a great job cleaning our carpets, even got the motor oil stain.

Cleans nicely and leaves the carpet barely wet so it doesn’t buckle the carpet. You can easily put furniture on by the end of the day if it’s done early on.

Our technician was very knowledgeable about the products that Zerorez uses to clean carpets without leaving behind a soapy residue that turns traffic areas into dirt magnets. The carpets were not over soaked or over worked and dried quickly, unlike the matted mess the company we used last year left us with.

FANTASTIC job of removing a Blueberry stain. A full 10 oz. glass of smoothie with 1 cup of fresh blueberries spilled on a light beige carpet. Beautiful job cleaning my white carpet with many stains. Thanks Chris Crosby.

Service was great and on time, just be mindful of pulling those hoses around corners in the house, it was a little rough on a corner. Loved that the carpet feels really clean and not sticky like I've felt with other companies!! Nice job!
