Three times now Zerorez has performed a miracle of getting pet stains and smells out of the carpets of my rental properties. Each time I think it's not going to happen, and when they are finished the carpets look like they are new. The technicians are very friendly and informative which is a bonus. I'm very impressed with this company.

The service person, I don't remember his name, throughly cleaned my floors the best they have ever been cleaned. I will request him again next year as it seems as though he has worked for zerorez long enough to see others come and go from the company. Thank you for a good job on my carpets this week.
