Well the landlord had sent someone who sd his hoses couldnt reach my basement so we had to rearrange everythg and he didnt get the stains out, the smell was not removed and it took a week to dry.

I enjoyed how Colton explained all the different cleaning things available but then wasn’t pushy or over aggressive when I declined certain services. I also enjoyed how he went over cleaning spots before he cleaned and then certain spots he wasn’t able to clean afterwards.

Your service people are so friendly and very good at what they do. We explained that we were replacing our carpet this year and did not want to put any extras into it and he did not try to push us into something we didn't need. Much appreciated!

The person that performed the work at our house did an excellent job. I was amazed at some of the bad stains that are now gone!
