The technicians were on time. They went over the spaces which needed to be cleaned. After they had finished they had me check out there work. they had forgotten to do the closet which we talked about and after I asked them about it, they were happy to do it. The were very professional.

The customer service from Noel was outstanding! He made every effort to make sure we were taken care of expediently and made sure he explained the process so we knew what would be going on. The first attempt at cleaning our rugs was not complete; there were a few rugs that looked like they had only been vacuumed and Noel had the technician scheduled to come out with 24hrs to redo them. Amazing! Thank you for taking care of us and making us feel valued. Zero-rez is wonderful.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets for some years and always with good results.
Last Friday we had a young man named Benton clean our carpets. He was extremely polite, pleasant, and accommodating! He spent time in every room, the hall, and stairs doing a great job everywhere. To say the least, I was very impressed with this young man who already has a great work ethic in getting the job done. I was so pleased with him and the great job he did I told him I would ask for him again next fall to clean our carpets.

I hope Zerorez appreciates and financially rewards an outstanding employee because he deserves it!
