Only concern: he did not put the little Styrofoam blocks under coffee table feet & now I need to clean the stains from dark wood on carpet. Darn !!

Zerorez always has the greatest employees. They are polite, hard working and clear on what is being done. I wish that Zerorez went to the Lake Roosevelt area, we have friends who would use the service!

The workers arrived during the time frame that was given to me. They got right to work, were very polite and made sure that I was happy with my carpets. They cleaned 7 rooms and some hallways. Ended up taking quite a bit of time even though they were consistently working. I was pleased with the results and would recommend Zerorez to anyone!!

Our technician was knowledgeable and gave us great advice on what to use to clean our carpets after our puppy had her way with them. There was literally zero smell and they looked and felt so clean after. The only downside was they took much longer to dry than we were told but it didn’t bother us too much. Thanks zerorez!!
