I was not as pleased this time as I have been in the past. I will try Zerorez again the next time I need service because of their past service.

At completion of cleaning carpets look terrific. My only concern is the amount of residual water/cleaning solution still left on carpets. Carpets were very wet up to 24 hours after service.

The fact that you do not use chemicals is a big plus. Another is that any stains do not reappear in a month or so because you go below the top surface of the carpet. Also, we have used Zerorez for years and have always had very polite and professional people.
