My new puppy had several accidents on our new carpet throughout the house. Even though Zerorez had to schedule us a week out, we were put on a cancellation list and they were able to come out within a few days. They assessed the situation, knocked a few hundred dollars off the original quote, then did an excellent job. The associates/technicians were super friendly, helpful, thorough and were able to remedy every issue. We will use them again for sure!

Our circumstances were extreme - we had a tree fall in our house and our ducts were loaded with debris and insulation - I don’t think your technician had ever seen anything like it and And he made the inside of our docs of brand new like the catastrophe had never happened
