Generally the service is very good and there were no harsh chemical smells at all afterwards. I was happy with the results. The only downside for me was that the technician arrived at 4:45pm to begin cleaning. He was very efficient and got it done quickly but the carpets were damp for the evening.

Great service, prices have gotten too high though lately so I wouldn't use their service as often. It used to be $300-$350 to do the whole house (3bd) and now after promotions it was well over $500...

They woraked very hard. I was able to book an appointment easily and right away. They explained the options and did a thorough job. The carpets look and smell better. They furniture loois better. They worked extremely hard to clean it up and make it right.
