The job to clean the carpets was fantastic, that the technician was over booked and didn’t show until the end of the window was less than desirable. But once he showed he worked hard and did a great job.

Excellent team effort on the cleaning of our home. Really like the process and the way they heat water to remove the deeper stains. We're banking on the special coating to keep these carpets pristine for years to come.

ZEROREZ has product that cleans with low amount of moisture which allows for few hours drying time and it is effective in getting the carpet clean! The courteous employee was finished with our job within 60-90 minutes for a reasonable cost.

The carpet was cleaned very well. The guys were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. They asked if we wanted anything more done other than just cleaning, like a repellent and soil resistor put on the carpet which we elected to do after they told us about it. I would recommend you to others, especially the guys that did our carpet. Very pleased with the work and the guys that did the cleaning.
