The price quoted on phone was lower than actual cost due to customer service error. Expect to receive additional price options if there are potty stains, etc. the basic cleaning in itself is very thorough and the gentleman who did the cleaning was detailed.

My older dog passed away after having accidents on our throw rugs so I wanted to get our rugs cleaned. It worked out really well. Our technician laid out the rugs on the driveway & cleaned them there. Because it was so hot outside, the rugs dried quickly & we were able to bring them back inside to use.

I'm allergic to artificial fragrances and this was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. I was reluctant to schedule a cleaning because of my severe adverse reaction and didn't want to risk it. However, after researching their process, I decided to proceed. Cody was terrific and took such extra care with everything he did, that I can't say enough positive things about him. I had just moved in to a new place and was having issues with swollen eyes and runny nose. That was completely remediated after zerorez. What terrific customer service and I can't thank you enough.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. The carpet cleaner called before arriving and arrived within the stated expected time. The cleaning was well done with care taken to protect baseboards, walls and staircase. Anthony wore shoe protectors. When he was finished, the house had a clean, fresh scent. The carpets dried in 3-5 hours. This is our second time to use ZeroreZ and we were again very pleased with the results.

Jordan came at 6:40 pm on Friday He Was very professional, explained everything and really wanted to satisfy all our needs. We had a really bad odor in the brand new carpet and he was re doing the initial cleaning. We paid to have it totally cleaned again and had enzyme treatment to get horrific smell out. He did a wonderful job and the carpet looks great.

Quick, courteous service! The house smells so fresh and the carpet dried in only a few hours so we were able to get back to living.

The gentlemen who came to clean our carpet, I believe his name was Jason or Jared. I am horrible with names. was very knowledgeable in his product. He did a great job. He was very nice. He was very polite and respectful carpet stride quickly just as he said, and the one pesky stain he did warn us might come up due to it being in the padding he did tell us about the other offers. The company has about staying on top and maintaining the carpet.
