Client Testimonials

Quick drying but it was more than a few hours this time. Technician was great.

Kevin, with ZEROREZ, did a great job. Called us on his arrival time, walked through to explain what we needed. We were very satisfied with his professionalism.
Great Job

For our stubborn, ground-in stains

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service i will use.
A couple years ago, we had a bad spill on our carpet. We tried a discount service and our carpet still wasn't dry by the next. (Sorry Zerorez)
Zerorez has great equipment that virtually leaves a almost dry carpet after cleaning. I appreciate how quick professional their technicians are.

Zerores is professional, courteous, and very careful not to scuff walls or baseboards while working. I’ve had great experiences each time I have used their service. They do a very thorough job on cleaning carpets and upholstery.

The grout went from nasty to brand new is less than an hour. Low odor and fast drying. Great for our house with kids and pets.

Technician was polite, clear, thorough and efficient. The carpets look much better and I appreciated how quickly the carpets dried.

Follow up is great. Had stains resurface a day after cleaning. I called and there was a service tech out within four hours of my call. He reworked the spots and it is perfect now. Great service!

Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Quality outcome.

I like that your products are eco friendly and the service was excellent.

For years I have been impressed that Zerorez does not use soap products AND the soil is removed and carpets are clean for very long lengths of time. I will never use any other company!

Joelle and was wonderful and worked with our schedule. Definitely will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Great customer service- communication, and results.

Very professional

Happy with the service and professionalism.
One suggestion....technician needs to talk with the resident regarding locking up.
I left home to do an errand and as I was arriving home the technician was about to leave....no mention of locking up. Luckily I came home.

Did a great job, good communication and very accommodating to my request

Kevin is pleasant and efficient.

Did have a small spot (dime size) that was not cleaned.

Again very professional and excellent service.
