I have used zerorez for a few years. I have been very happy with the tech’s. They are polite, get right to work, and whether they are cleaning the carpet, loveseats, or tile it looks wonderful...my carpet is off white and 16 years old and looks new after every cleaning.

My technician was very professional and friendly and did a great job. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to explain what would be best for the age of my carpet and the other concerns I had with pet odors. I'm happy with the result.

Kevin did an excellent job and was someone we would highly recommend. Although the cost was greater than the initial estimate, we felt the increase was justifiable and we didn't feel he had unreasonably tried to up-sell us.
Most importantly, you arrived as initially committed, meaning we had moved the furniture and weren't disappointed with a call saying you wouldn't be able to arrive as originally committed.
Kevin was upbeat, informative and worked hard and efficiently. A good experience.
