I called on Thursday morning and someone was out that day. When the initial cleaning didn’t remove the stains, they came out again thr next day, did a deeper cleaning, and the stains were gone. Very friendly cleaning technician.

Great service! Easy process! He made it very easy to move things around and took care to get the spots out, as the carpet was very soiled! A pleasure to deal with from the initial phone call to the completion! We had used Zerorez before on a rental property and could not believe the spots they got out! They have an amazing process!

We were very pleased with the results, we had 5 carpets and 3 tile floors cleaned. Both the carpets and tile floors turned out beautifully, specially the grout lines. Mark, the gentleman that cleaned our floors was very courteous and keep the area neat and clean as possible while he did his work.

I really like Zerorez. They do a great job of making our carpets look like new again. The person that cleaned our carpets did an excellent job and very hard to clean our carpets, including any spots we had. This second time using them and I won’t use any other company.

I really like that there are no chemicals used, as I have very bad allergies/asthma, have a toddler, and a dog. I feel my carpets get cleaned especially well, particularly since the carpet is in a very heavy-traffic area and is quite old (we are in a crummy rental).

The technician who came to our house was so nice, efficient, quick, and thorough. He took great care to do the job right and make sure I was satisfied. This is the second time I have used your company and will continue to do so.
