I like that the products are natural and safe. The house smelled wonderful. I was very pleased with the job that they did. 2 out of 3 rooms came out perfect. The main living room that was done had quite a large number of stains so I was very pleased that most of them came out. At first while it was still wet it appeared as though they all came out, but as the carpet dried, you could see some of the tougher ones came back. Other than that, I would say over all I was very pleased. The technician was extremely courteous and efficient.

Fast clean and on time
Hector worked very hard to clean our carpets better than we thought they could be cleaned. We had some spots that we weren't sure would be removed but he and the process got them out and looking good again. We will continue to use Zerorez and recommend them to our friends and family.

We purchased an electrostatic air filter from Zerorez at our old house and used it for about a year before we moved to our new home. True to their word, they replaced the air filter with a new one that fit our new air vent.
