We originally had Zerorez clean our carpets as we prepared to sell out home. They were in rough shape but Zerorez did an awesome job. A few weeks later some markings showed up - I called the company back and they sent someone out to look no questions asked. One area hadn't dried properly, so the area was redone. Looks great now. For both appointments the technician was on time and thorough. Great customer service all around.
