Your customer service tech (Matt M) was very professional and thorough. He stepped through the process of cleaning the carpet (pet stains, scotch guard, etc). He did not pressure me to purchase any additional services, but he did explain the value. I ended up having the scotch guard applied and cleaning the foyer tile. I will definitely be calling you back for other services. Great Job!

Loved the carpet cleaning service, especially the spot removal.
Liked but did not love the bathroom tile cleaning. The tile in the shower was cleaned but not the soap holders in the shower, not behind the bathroom door, not behind the toilet and not in all the corners. When I noticed it and asked about it, the service man did most of it, but there were still places that were left dirty that I didn't notice until later. And for the cost, I could've had my whole house cleaned.
So we will probably not be signing up for the tile cleaning again. The rug cleaning, we will do again, and I will recommend it to other people I know.

The technician was courteous and honest as he discussed what he could and couldn't do for tile cleaning and what he attempted and what he could not clean. I was very appreciative of the service and the carpet cleaning was what I expected from Zerorez since this is the 3rd time I have used the service. Very happy with the carpets and happy with the progress that was made on the tile - better than it was!!
We even got a discount due to the limits of the tile cleaning.
I like the fact that there were no harsh chemicals and smelly shampoos to contend with after the job was done. The tech was very knowledgeable about the process and explaining the alkalinization process you guys use. Plus the carpet looked great.
