the stains on my carpet are very old some are pet urine I think it looked very good considering the time span I waited to have it cleaned!!

Hector Gutierrez represented Zerorez personably and professionally. He called me when he was in route to my house, was within the pre-designated time window, assessed my carpeting in advance and recommended additional treatment with the consideration that I have 2 dogs.
He worked hard, was in and out. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and have been completely satisfied both times. On this visit, I used a Dealsaver coupon which made the job very affordable.
