It gets the carpet cleaner than I could do myself, they don't use harsh chemicals and cleaners that just attract more dirt, and the service people are nice.

The appointment was scheduled the same day. The technician was prompt and willing to answer all of my questions. Forest even added on a service to clean the time in my bathroom without it being scheduled before his arrival. Thanks, Zerorez!
