The cleaning solution took a dark beige carpet to its original light beige and handled the pet stains beautifully. The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was personable, professional and courteous. He explained everything and went to work. I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and I will be using them again on a regular basis to keep the carpet clean. Their prices are fair and reasonable.

The service man was pleasant, professional and courteous. He went straight to work and managed to clean really dirty carpet effectively and in reasonable time. The product of Zerorez took what I thought was a beige carpet and turned it from grungy tan to the light beige it was meant to be. I am thrilled with the work. I appreciate my friend recommending Zerorez to me and will have absolutely no problem recommending the company - and the service man who did the job - to any one who is considering having carpet cleaning done. The price, by the way, is fair and reasonable. The addition of the pet solution made a big difference (I have 3 dogs).
