I like the reminder calls and the technician giving a call with a window of arrival. Very good worker (Eric?) that did a great job and rugs looking SO much better now for holidays!

The carpet looks and feels new when it is cleaned. It has remains clean for a long while after cleaning. The service technician was very professional and courteous during his time in our home.

The tech was very pleasant & efficient.
There were some spots that that did not come up, but my carpet is very light colored.The carpet buckled up in a few places,but settled back down the next day.
