It was a very thorough carpet cleaning and the service person was very polite and friendly. Ink and animal stains were even removed. Our carpet was cleaner looking than we bought it. The Zerorez cleaning method was much better than the dry chemical method used by a previous carpet company. I am sold on using Zerorez for future cleaning,
