First of all the person that did the service was very informative and told us what he was doing and how zerorez cleaning was different. He was done in a timely manner and very courteous. The only thing I was concerned about was when I paid him he entered my card info on his cell phone. He explained what happened after it was processed but I think several people like me would be concerned about that

I love the smell and the serviceman was very nice. He tried to remove some stains that we did not know what they were, but they did not come up. He told us how to remove future stains. Just a nice man and very helpful. He did a great job.
