My carpets are beautiful! The fragrance of the pre-treating solution was a refreshing citrus smell and it made my whole house smell clean and fresh. My technician, Eric, provided excellent customer service - which can be rare nowadays. He gave me a courteousy call before arriving and was on-time. Eric was very thorough in cleaning my carpets. What was really impressive about Eric was that when he realized I did not have a 3rd room that could be cleaned (one of their current promotions), he offered to apply a stain resistant treatment to my carpets. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my first encounter with Zeroez.
