Langdon was the technician who cleaned my carpets. He was personable and knowledgeable about the process used by Zerorez. I was pleased with the explanations he provided and the results of the cleaning. There was no chemical odor remaining and the carpets were very clean afterwards.

I like how my carpets look after you all clean. The carpets dry in a timely mannor and the technicians are very friendly and explain to you what is going to happen and ask if there are certain things that we need or want done. I have used you all three times now and have always been very happy.
