My carpet was super clean after Derek did his magic. He was personable and professional and efficient. I think this is the best carpet care I've received from any company I've used. I do think the price was a little too high for cleaning three small rooms, though.

I really appreciate how knowledgeable Allen Foster was about chemicals and my questions about additional services the company provides. I also appreciate the curiosity and respect he displayed in our home. He wore footies and used materials to protect damages to the wall from the hoses. He also used furniture protectors to protect the carpets after cleaning. He was accurate in the time it would take for floors to dry. I felt confident in his knowledge of air duct cleaning questions and use of filter which I purchased....I just hope the filter works.

I would use Zerorez services again and would certainly request Allen Foster be the technician to perform the work. He was professional and very personable which made me feel very valued as a customer. Although I have a few spots in carpets did not completely come clean...overall my carpets look better. I was pleased that my carpets did not feel dry and hard from chemicals.

The service is great. Arrived in the window of time that was given to me, and the person called before showing up to let me know he was on his way. I have always had someone who is polite and very careful when cleaning the carpets. The carpets are very clean, and look and feel great. I have pets and a younger child in the house, so it is nice to know that there are no harsh chemicals.

The technicians are very professional and knowledgable. And Landon showed us how much dirt was actually hiding in our front rug and family room sofa by doing the vacuum test. So we had those cleaned as well.
