I've used Zerorez at least 4 times and every, I mean every time, the service men are the Most professional, courteous, and conscientious, guys I have met. I have never had a bad experience, they communicate well as it relates to their arrival and the overall quality it better than I would expect. I am having them clean 15 yr old carpets with heavy dog traffic, if you know what I mean. Each time when they are through, I always tell my wife, "We can wait a little longer to replace the flooring"! lol.

I asked for a 30 minute call before arriving and they did. I only use Zerorez to clean our carpets because the price is always right and my carpets come out like brand new. Plus, no harsh chemicals and dries very quickly.
