On time, courteous and very competent associate who did the work, estimate of costs clearly communicated, time of arrival, etc. also clearly communicated. Furniture looks good. Some spots were unable to be removed but that was not the fault of the system.

No heavy chemicals, quick scheduling. Technician was efficient and friendly. I was disappointed in the upfit of the company vehicle. When I went to move my vehicle to allow access for the zero Rez Van, I saw that the front tire had steel wire showing through indicating that the tires had not been rotated or changed. This is not safe for the driver and made me consider what the company truly values. Service was great but disappointed in the care paid towards the vehicles and possibly the employees
