This is the first time I've used Zerorez. I like your product as your technician had me look at 1/2 the room that had been cleaned compared to the other half which was not cleaned. There was an amazing difference. Also, your technician (I believe his name was Jon) was extremely polite and well spoken. He let me know what he was doing and why. He promised to do a fantastic job and he delivered!
